This painting is about longing, memory, presence and absence.

​

It catches a scene of a young woman who lives alone spending evening after evening with her cats remembering the former evening in which friends came over and played a guitar.

​

The image of the 3D room turns into a 4D dimension in the reflection, hinting towards the multi dimension of  spiritual and psychedelic realms.

​

The 4 spiritual dimensions are: Up-down, left-right, back-front, in out.
